Introduction

Hi! So it's 20.46 and I am sitting beside my husband wondering what can I do to occupy my lonely days while he is at work. We moved to the USA for my husbands work and I have taken a career break from my job as a scientist, since moving here in July 2012 I have been out of work. I have spent my days cleaning, readings, cooking and then some more cleaning! In between all that I have spent hours upon hours on YouTube and beauty blogs watching amazing ladies, and some men (I mean you Mr Wayne Goss), talking about make up. I was a late bloomer on the make up front. I didn't start using makeup until I was about 18 but since then my addiction has grown. It has grown into enormous proportions. Do I need it all? Absolutely not! But it just gives me such joy. Remember the cleaning and cooking I mentioned earlier, I always do it with a full face of make up. I may not be leaving the house but I enjoy applying makeup so much that it is almost the first thing I think of when I get up in the morning. It just makes me feel so much better. I am not an artistic person at all and am far from being a makeup artist, I just enjoy makeup. Hence the reason I am starting this blog. It is not for recognition, it is not for money, it is not to get 1000's of followers, it is simple for the love of make up!Anyway, enough rambling from me. That is just a short introduction. Starting next week I am going to attempt to share with you my favourite products, fails products, eyes of the day etc. It is not going to be to the standard of pro bloggers such as Tanya butt or Fleur de force but it is going to help me fill my day while feeding my addiction.
